Description
I drew this a while back, but I colored it with markers and colored pencils over the weekend. I'm pretty proud of this piece! I might hafta make a digital background to go with Rayquaza's epic traditional-marker-colored pencil-glowiness!
Later comment: some people pointed out that it's missing its back fins. I really didn't use too much reference for this. I probably took a brief glimpse of a picture of one to get a brief idea of the body design and forgot to draw the fins. Silly me!
